Moving the year out with a bang!

This one needed color. Without it, the giant belt buckle... didn't look like a belt buckle.

Wasn't meant to be obscene, I just wanted to see how an animal would turn out with the back legs in front/twisted/with the tail in front

The first experiment with watercolor pencils. Pic inspired by staring into the fire at Aiyana's office party.

Star Wars is a holiday tradition.

One of the reasons I don't update much is when I have spells of nothing-much-to-show. Here's a fairly bland robot for example.

Woo. Been awhile since I updated the site. This is the second test I did coloring with watercolor pencils. (The first comes, oddly, after this. I don't color on the same day I draw most of the time).

Totally true story. Z, if you want me to help you, and I read the directions, let me make sure it's being done right from step one, not just skip to the fourth or fifth step.

Me, Chloe, Zoe, Me. At Broadway Cafe. That says 'A shooting potato!'

Zoe's turn, followed by me again

When I can't think of anything to draw, I do some lil something that I can color in later. This is such a piece.

Like a tentacly Ramone...

Aiyana's entry in the round robin

A day or two previous, Zoe, Aiyana and I made a round robin story in the car on the way to school. This first entry was my initial entry.

Inspired, no doubt, by the art toy movement.

kawaiiiii

I like the hands and feet a lot!

No ideas. Then I saw my pencil bag, and realized an upsidedown Totoro made an interesting creature

Started drawing a face. It was terrible. I scribbled it out.
